They are selling OBD diagnostic devices that includes firmware pirated from ELM Electronics,ELM327 chip, and software pirated from WGSoft.de, Scanmaster-ELM.  The stolen/pirated software includes a Keygen hack tool to create a permanent license for the pirated software, as well as a MSword file detaling how to use the keygen tool..  Attempts to get a refund have been denied.  I have escalated the case with PayPal, as it doesn't seem right for a firm like this to use PayPal to process it's transactions for stolen/pirated goods.

When you complain as I ordered a modem when visiting modem arrived two and a half months I saw that the modem is Chinese and not with those specifications for which I asked before I buy and I confirmed positive When I complained I wrote Imagine if I found someone who understands Chinese and who understands the modems that can tell you what audacious mocking their customers just to mention modem is not cheap $ 33 I repeat do not buy this junk our website name to mention

I messaged them on the beginning of April, they replied "Order shipped within January, February and March will be delayed. And the delivery time will be as follows: To Asia: 55 calendar days or more To Europe and North America: 65 calendar days or more To South America: 80 calendar days or more Other areas: 45-65calendar days" I have to wait 2-3 months for their estimated shipping... its been raining the past month, I'm umbrella less, and by the time I get my shipment it will be summer time where it hardly rains during that time where I live. I'll take my business elsewhere.
