fommy.comは安全ですか？

i have bad experience with ***** or fommy.com which they have taken payment for order that i make 2 weeks ago and till today they have not send the goods with reason that they don't have stock and cannot change to other items which is ready. I keep chasing the sales agent like hell but seems that they already get use with the situation and send you various excuses only. I have the same experience last year when i make order to this ***** and i can't believed that they did it again to my 2nd order and till today they have not send the items that I ordered and paid.

This site is also known as "Moftwaretech.com". They take and process credit card orders for items they don't have in stock. They report these items as in stock and claim to have shipping dates but in fact do not. A call to "Fommy.com" is answered by a person who does not speak English intelligibly. In this instance, this person lied to me about the current availability and gave me a fictitious delivery date. These two websites seem to be the same operation.
