If you have an issue with this company's security products, you are much better off contacting technical support directly rather than posting on their community forum. Most of the "help" offered here involves running a program they provide to reveal and make public more than you need to about your computer setup to anyone who visits the page, and then the "advice" you get as a result seems to be a stock "delete temporary files" or "uninstall random program X" which rarely fixes the posted problem. Once that doesn't work the next advice given is usually to then contact technical support anyway! Also there is a significant chance that your thread will be merged with something irrelevant and then locked, as "don't know" is considered a satisfactory answer by some of the moderators (who are often the unfortunate combination of arrogant and unknowledgeable) and considered a complete enough answer by them to not leave the thread open for someone who actually does know to post the answer. Technical support appear to be much more friendly, transparent, more aware of privacy issues and provide better answers to the problems raised.
