Angeblich frei, dann wurde ich gebeten zu bezahlen!

Thought I Was purchasing monthly cancel anytime. Didn't like product and canceled within 30 minutes. Billed for a year, it is in fine print. Disputed charge with credit card company. Fotar fought it and I was charged. I asked Fotar for refund here is their response.
"Finally the bank stands on our side and we have won the dispute."

The website luring you in with the shiny word "FREE!" But hold up – it's not all sunshine and rainbows. You'll go through the hoops, upload your precious photos, and then BAM! A classic bait-and-switch!

The positive reviews are obviously fake. All the recent reviews are 1 star.
I wanted a cartoon avatar. It blatantly says that their tools are for FREE! Then, you go through a lengthy process of uploading your photos. Right at the end, it demands you pay a hefty sum for your pictures. It's a complete bait-and-switch.
Shady and fraudulent!
Just imagine what else they must do in order to steal your money. Don't risk leaving your credit card info.

Claims it is 'free' for use. It isn't, it prods you to register to download. Then when registered it decides you need to pay to upgrade. Fraud.
