i had placed order first time with them through facebook & they cancelled my order without any reason. i m placed orders through our personal credit card & they said we think its risky order & without intimate or calling me. don't waste time with them. they are already deducted payment from my card. same other site of them: *****

i've made an order from this site pricing is good time to fulfill mu order too extra ordinary time !! after almost 2 weeks they sent email to apologize for the delay and offer me "a probable" speed delivery then another mail to apologize for a broken, not in stock anymore item .. but finally they shipped the order with a speed delivery , which took 1 week to deliver international order fragrances are nice , and seems 2 be authentic ! ah ,, by the way , they sell the free sample too :) overall experience is satisfactory i'll recommend the site to anyone

I'm waiting my orders for over 6 months and nothing was arrived! -------------------------- Update 31/08/12: 1 YEAR WAITING MY ORDERS! THEY'LL NEVER ARRIVE! The customer support replies with the same message everytime telling me to wait. 1 YEARS IS A FUCKING RIDICULOUS WAITING TIME!

More than two months has already passed since I have placed the order on this site, but I still have not received my parcel!!! I have tried contacted with customer services by phone,the have told that i should write an e-mail. I have done this three times, but have received from them only the same standard letters!!!!! I have tried to contact to USPS post service, but they have told me that only the sender can make search request to parcel !

En los envíos gratuitos no facilitan número de tracking. Una vez pagado el artículo, olvidate de el. No se hacen cargo de los productos que no llegan. Sospecho que ni siquiera los envían. Suele conicidir con envios internacionales. OJO, BUSCAD OTRA TIENDA, NO OS FIEIS.

I still have not received my order which I placed and paid for over 4 weeks ago. This is the second time I have ordered something and it has taken a long time to get to me. Prior to this I always got my order between a 1 & 2 weeks. What has changed? I have been dealing with you for about 7 years.
