This is a phishing scam.
The court case is legit. However, this site is using that case for phishing.
They have done their research and spent a lot of time on it.

Before you jump to conclusions, read the "Court Documents" listed on the website. If it's fake, this is one elaborate scam. :P

Do a whois http://whois.domaintools.com/fraleyfacebooksettlement.com and you will see that the owner owns nearly 500 domain names which makes you wonder who the heck are these "scam-bags"... FBI should be notified !
