A so-called "fraud protection" website operated by an individual out of Turkey named Harzem Yalcinkaya which harvests credit card numbers, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, PayPal email addresses, and other personally identifiable information which are passed to it by questionable shady small web hosting companies in the USA and EU who submit their users' data to this site without their users' knowledge or consent, often in violation of their own privacy policies. The FraudRecord site, and the 3rd party web host sites submitting user data to it, are in violation of numerous EU and US privacy regulations, and credit card industry regulations. The site's harvesting of personal info is an identity theft and phishing risk and the site should be shut down by the authorities. The US Federal Trade Commission states that a "hash" as used by FraudRecord does not make information annonymous despite FraudRecord's owners claim that it does. *****
