I have been with Freeola for a few years now and have always found them to be a solid and reliable ISP. It does surprise me a little that there are practically no ratings or comments here on their WOT scorecard, although it must be pointed out that they are not a 'big-name', well-known ISP, so this probably explains the situation. I have never had any broadband connection issues or navigation problems on their website, which is very comprehensive and well laid out. My reasons for signing up to Freeola in the first place were two-fold: (a) I wanted a reliable, trustworthy ISP with an excellent reputation for customer service and technical support ; (b) I wanted a generous amount of free webspace in anticipation of publishing my website (nearly completed!). I did a LOT of online research into UK ISPs who would meet these criteria, and finally chose Freeola for the reasons mentioned above (based on what everyone else was saying in online forums and review sites, etc.) I have never regretted my decision and NO, I don't work for Freeola nor do I have any connection with them whatsoever. I simply wanted to leave my comments here to help others who may be considering them as their ISP.
