Free users are required to enter a captcha and download a text document containing the free proxy servers. All of the proxy servers listed on the actual website are for VIP users only. After I downloaded the free proxy server list, the text document said: "ERROR: You are allowed to make this operation only once per 10 seconds. Please wait 9 secocnds and try again." I waited 30 seconds and tried again only to receive another document with the same error message. After several more attempts, I just gave up.

Careful! Possible SCAM! Only MAX ratings for it's product on the Firefox Add-on website, most of those profiles were created within the same days and have ONLY rated rated this product. I certainly suspect most of the WOT rates to be fake as well, possibly by the developer company or fake profiles.
