Hi guys, I want to share my sad experience of subscribing to the services of this company. In the spring of this year I subscribed to a premium VPN service package from this provider. I must say that until November this year there were repeated interruptions in the uninterrupted provision of VPN services for both computers and phones, but all of them lasted no more than a day. BUT FROM NOVEMBER 26 this provider simply stopped providing access via OpenVPN for the computer, until today, December 4, 5 letters have been written with requests for support and no response has come from the support service regarding the merits of the problem. I wrote 3 times to the support chat on Telegram, there too there was not a single response from the support service. The support service simply and stupidly does not respond to requests for help. In response to five letters, they sent TWO formal responses, stating that connections for iPhones would be restored soon, but I asked them about the computer and not the iPhone. I haven't received a clear answer from the support service on how to restore access to the VPN from my computer for over a week, and I haven't had access to the VPN from my computer which I paid my money and now it for a whole WEEK already. And I don't know when and if I will have access to VPN through this provider. I don't know if they will compensate me for the services not provided. It seems that this company is turning into a simple scam.

Никому не советую устанавливать это расширение! После установки, постоянно пропадает интернет связь. Регистрация ничего дала, даже после удаления до сих пор интернет пропадает. Что-то они нахимичили в самом компе. Ни в коем случае ни верьте положительным отзывам - это всё накрученная ЛОЖЬ !
