scam, they sell accounts, that's illegal by steam and they will ban it; some game will not even work, and you can not have a refound, not even after a day of the purchase and whiteout redeem the game. (by law they must give 14 day refound). if you ask to the assistence by saying so, they will ban your account for "violation of their policy". only becouse i asked for my rights. Stay away from it.
I asked G2A Customer Service to re-activate my account which has been locked due to “suspicious activity” when I was just using the card saved on my account to buy a game. However, they asked me for an unreasonable amount of personal information (make a selfie of myself with my ID in my hand), phone number, and more.
Therefore, I asked them to close my account as it NEVER happened to me that any service ever asked for that kind and amount of data. Long story short, instead of resolving my issue, after being pinballed between customer service and useless responses, they just told me that I have been banned without further explanation.
G2A customer service doesn’t care and found a way to keep my personal data without my consent.
G2A supports scammers! Key was used, i sent the proof, everything is clear but g2a asks for police report in order to start the investigation! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM G2A!!!
This website is a scam, and WOT should absolutely NOT be reporting this website as safe. Their 'Money Back Guarantee' isn't a guarantee at all. I purchased a key that did not work, reached out to the seller and received no response, then followed up with support who asked me to file a police report and provide proof... for a $2 steam key. After refusing to waste my time with this and threatening to turn to paypal for help, my account was banned without any notification, and I am now in the process of filing a dispute with paypal.
I'm pretty sure they're banking on the fact most people will not be willing to go through the trouble of initiating these legal processes. Stay far, far away from this one.
Bought a game here that was supposed to be delivered via steam gift. My account wasn't able to receive the game and I wasn't given a option to use another account. Money gone and no game. 4 weeks off mailing with g2a, no results. Phony money back system and they don't acknowledge the law off 14 day cooling off period on online purchases. Scammers!!
Money back guarantee policy is a scam. Bought a key that doesn’t work and I was required to make an officially-stamped police report which is ridiculous.
Worst support ever. They just blocked my account before deducting "inactivity fee" and just keeps closing my support tickets without any reasonable explanation. I was honest seller, doing nothing illegal. Just sold a few games I've won on the paid shuffle and didn't needed. Stay away from them.

The support and the seller will ignore you if you have problems with the product.The seller asks to raise the rating and then stops responding.
Customer support will ignore you completely do not buy anything, because you lost money.
Main market for keys bought with stolen credit cards. They also have insurance subscription which is near to impossible to cancel, also you won't even notice when you accept it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, use Green Man Gaming instead, which is official retail store.
G2A is a good site. However, you must be very careful when buying from some sellers. Check their neutral reviews first -> very often seller lies to customers and forces them to put a neutral review.
Be warned:
1) After you the customer set a neutral review YOU CAN NOT CHANGE IT BACK TO NEGATIVE. Do not put a neutral or positive review unless the seller solves your problem first. If he asks you to put a neutral review then he will be able to solve your issue he is likely to be a scammer. When the seller refunds you, your review automatically changes to neutral white. Therefore, there is no reason to put a neutral review unless the seller resolves your issue.
2) Always record your screen with your phone AND with any screen recording program like OBS when you make a purchase. In case if a key doesn't get activated seller will not have the right to deny that you were given a bad not working or unused key. Have two video recordings not only one! If a key does not work immediately contact the seller and don't stop recording unless you contact him. Put the video on any cloud drive like Google Drive and send the proof to the seller.
3) Always use Paypal! Do not ever put your credit/debit card details in there. This will save you the headache of blurring/hiding the credit/debit card numbers & details when you record your screen.
4) Even if you activated the key don't delete the videos. Keep your videos safe in a place for at least 2 years. In case if your steam key gets revoked you will have to ask questions
5) What to do in case when seller scammed you and refuses to give you your hard-earned money back? Contact PayPal and send them your proof and explain the situation. If PayPal refuses to help and g2a asks you to go to the police to file a report on the seller instead of helping you, just go to your bank. Explain to them the situation and ask for a chargeback form as it is your right to get your money back for a product that was not as promised.
My advice to G2A developers & owners:
*Please allow sending of links when contacting sellers.
*Please allow attaching video files and screenshots to the sellers
*Stop wasting the time of the seller and customer by checking the link or file because very often after you check them you mark them as forbidden for no reason! Also, it takes ages 1-3 days for you to check one video or picture file like what the hell? What does it say about the customer service? That you don't care! Customers must be able to provide evidence in order to prevent scaming.
*Stop being ridiculus with mandatory police reports in case if the seller refuses to refund the money! I know many people that work in police and absolutely no one will ever bother with this - they literally said that they would have a hard laugh if someone was to file such a report. You can not ask for a police report when there is clear evidence that absolutely any sane person can see. The current dispute system on your site prevents justice when a crime is committed!
*Stop automatic blocking of the users that log in from different places in the same country. It is ridiculous! If users use wifi then use phone internet data your site keeps blocking the account for no reason. Absolutely disgusting practice.
*Improve your response time. It takes on average 2-4 days for you to answer one question with your current customer service.
*Write and state your rules clearly in a simple language that every average person can understand. Currently, your site is not clear enough on how things get done and what are the rules.
When my father and I payed for BeamNG Drive, We got nothing, no download but a website that is sucking up money every month. This website is shit and doesn't need to stick around scamming others.
