In the past several years, we have had numerous bad experiences with this company. They are present at most trade and Professional shows and as a vendor, we have to use their services. On the latest venue, this company agreed on a set price, but when invoiced, the price was tripled. We did resolve this, but they had indicated a glitch in their system caused this, but I am sure they were hoping this was not reviewed closely by us and they had already charged my credit card account with the higher amount. This is a typical bait and switch method and should not be allowed with businesses. Another feature on the last venue, this company through the Teamsters Union, charged a fee for bringing in materials and taking them out at the end of the venue. We have never seen where there was a charge for taking out as this is generally included in all fees.
