Here is the result of my bad experience with GlassesUSA. I received a phone call saying they were sorry for what happened and are going work on their website to prevent confusion in choosing frames. They accepted my return and gave me A $50 credit to use on any future order. They made a new set of glasses which are great and stylish. I must say their quick response and empathy won me over and now I must say this company has real soul and the quality of product of new glasses are as good as the glasses I get from my optometrist. Thanks Nat, for all you did for me.

so far, seems to be a good site... but when the payment to them cleared my bank account; it was under some females name (it sounded non-us). i paid by paypal, so i looked at the transaction in my paypal account and the phone number to the owner of the paypal account is not in the usa. it said they were not even usa-verified. the website says usa in the address, and the mailing address for them is in new york. so this just seems suspicious to me. if i experience anything else, i will add to this comment.
