Since my previous comment (where the site openly proclaimed it was not actually GMail, and sold personalized email addresses), this domain has been acquired by a new owner, who is using it to (apparently) farm clicks for ad revenue or some other purpose. All links on the site lead to another site called downloadvideo.com.
I have adjusted my rating accordingly.

This website redirects to chinese-sirens.com, which is an Asian model blog. It is not a scam or virus. It is just a typical model blog.

It seems fine because it tell you up front that it isn't Gmail. It doesn't try to trick you.

Although this website typosquats Gmail.com, it openly says that you should visit Gmail.com. It acknowledges that it is illegitimate, so it should have some credit.
Personally, I believe that this website is safe and does not have any malicious aspects, except for the e-mail changer.
