They charge you a fee to add a credit card. In my case, they rejected the card 3 times but for some reason charged a fee twice on the card (with no permission or booking or successful addition of a credit card to my account). They say it's for "verification" but it's not a negligible amount; it's over 50 cents. They are just using this "verification" for making money and assuming people won't complain. How did they even manage to charge on a credit card they claim is invalid? The worst thing is that the inability to add a credit card meant I was alone at night, in the rain, with no app to book a taxi, having to flash my credit card and wallet around in public. The fees for not being able to use their service were the icing on the cake. I tried to let them know and get a refund and they didn't bother reading my question, asked for details of the trip (there was no trip) and then didn't respond again.
