WAY too easy to find porn. Default safe-search setting is "Moderate", which is worthless to parents.

Excellent site for searching as it is a search engine. Some ads here and there, but they intend to be a low amount; Well until you enter a site that is. Not a site recommended for children under 10 years of age as some sites can contain adult material even if your not searching for anything with sexual preferences.

Google makes and sponsors so many ads and pop-ups! Next time you see an ad on a website, look under it in the teeny-tiny letters, or look at the bottom right hand corner, and I'll bet it will say google 50% of the time!

Great site, and to the ones that say google tracks your activity, just go to your user preferences and disable it.

Google tracks EVERYTHING you do that links from it's sites. It is a greatly useful site, just be careful. I would not recommend downloading any of Google's apps (ie. Google Desktop Search, Google Earth, Google Chrome....)

This is my homepage I switched from Yahoo to Google a few years ago because I get more links or things I'm looking for. I've never had any problems with it.

Best search engine/Not so safe
I searched site ive searched before and almost got a Worm on my new pc in jan Be careful searching on google
possibly a worm or trojan could try to get into your pc while searching google :S
