Those guys are stupid as hell. I report them a lot of problems with their products, I explain how scammers abuse Google, and the ways to fix them. Result? Zero. Nothing. They don't want to know. They don't listen. Another absolutely crazy point - they silently do not publish your Google reviews. I write a review, using proper non-abusive words, submit it, and check from another browser, which is not logged in into Google, and I don't see my review. Google is really, really bad company.
