I was going to give it light green after visiting the site. It appears to be a typical 3rd party ad site- but it did have a safe harbor seal.
However, after reading the other complaints below that is just too much. I am giving it yellow and blocking it.

Even if goroost.com itself isn't really untrustworthy, it's used by other websites as a third party ad server in a way I really dislike: push notifications. Plus, it offers analytics about the clicked ads, thus there's a probable privacy risk and I couldn't find their privacy policy nowhere on the website.

Offers a direct online marketing service described as "web push", with geo targeting and A/B testing. Not worth trusting unless you want to be tracked and advertised to.

Although the site is currently inactive, it has been compromised.
It has been an advertising / spamming site anyway.
