I have referred to Gumtree about 20 times over a year for jobs ads and products and information it linked to was always out of date or not as it suggested. And swamped with Ads.

can get a spam if looking for a house / flat so be aware and do not do any western union transfers !

If you place an ad, next thing you know, you are swamped with Spam! I have researched this with 3 different email addresses, and always the same! Disappointing. Up to 100+ spams per week....
