I switched from a traditional bank to using Goldenwest about four years ago, and have been overwhelmed by how much better my experience is with them. Goldenwest doesn't try to nickel-and-dime you for every little thing. They helped me to get a great rate on my mortgage and on my car, and have lent me money for other things without any hassle. When dealing with the workers, it feels like they genuinely care about the customers and want to help you with your financial needs. I'm 100% happy with them.
