Reserved an item online for collection the following day. Don't have a mobile but HAD to put a friends in to reserve. Went to collect it the following day and there is my order details on the desk for all to see as the ONLY member of staff was serving downstairs, the manager having a break apparently! Collected the item boxed but was not warned of the complicated nature of putting the brakes together WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS - the intrsuctions were for a mountain bike not a BMX! When I telephoned the shop for hints he just said look at the picture online and figure it out! I'll stick to the local specialist shops in future. PS Well done to the lad on his own for keeping his cool while dealing with all the customers requests.
