I have used this site for years and have great service experience. They have been responsive to inquiries, they offer great AND timely fulfillment of service (I just requested a card before midnight and when I woke it was already filled!); couldn't be better! I wonder if people giving this site poor ratings do so because they charge for their singing cards, but hey, with the kind of personalization they offer, it is well worth it, it's unique.

This is a good site. I have had many dealings with them. Their service is unique and remarkable and really appreciated by the recipients. Unfortunately WOT allows anyone to post anything about anybody including mischief makers and erstwhile competitors. Until WOT figures out how to verify the posters, you have to take all their warnings with a grain of salt.

Suggest people look at headers of email (http://email.about.com/od/windowslivehotmailtips/qt/et_view_source.htm) to see no untoward redirecting and can easily unsubscribe at bottom of each email if dont want more ecard emails. See also their privacy policy here http://www.happybirthdaytoyou.com/privacy.php and they are very open with an address and phone number to ring in Wales, not something a scammer/spammer would do.
