If they applied services to their customers, as quickly and efficiently as they take money from your bank, they would get 5 stars. That is the ONLY thing they did. Having paid for the software, I received an email right away saying how much they have taken, with the promise of a email giving details how to download and install the 3 licenses I purchased. 3 days later, still waiting, and sent 5 emails to them and even telephoned them from the UK. 10 minute wait and then a recorded message stating their opening times (which this call was well within), and rang off after saying they were busy. I have given these scammers 5 days before I claim a refund though my bank, for non-receipt of goods. I also informed Bitdefender of this scammers activities. BTW Bitdefender don't use key codes anymore, and all of their software must be downloaded directly from their central website, once you have purchased your subscriptions (licenses). In law, if you enter a contract with someone and you pay your portion of the contract, the other party fails to deliver theirs (goods), you are entitled to a full refund and in some cases interest, as they are in breach of contract, no matter what their refund policy maybe. There are a LOT of bad reviews about this company scamming people out of their money and not delivery goods.

Unfortunately, I made the rookie mistake of failing to look up reviews on the program and company I am purchasing from and I write this review so you won't make the same mistake. I bought this product called RegClean from this company and right away my antivirus software wouldn't let me install it, declaring it as malware. I disabled my virus software and then Microsoft defender wouldn't allow me to install it, with the same warning. This concerned me so I did a search on the Internet and found site after site with horror stories about this software. I contacted Herman Street for a refund since I never installed this and never used the product (there site said they would refund). And of course, they refused to refund giving me the runaround about it's not their product, they just sell it for someone else. When I protested, they said I would have to jump through hoops with their technical staff to allow them to install it. Huh? I told them that it was malware and I didn't want it on my computer, and had never used it, and still they wouldn't refund, at one point even claiming they had received no request for refund, but still wouldn't refund. I say in all honesty, beware of this company, their failure to stand by the products they sell, and their false claims of refund.

I purchase a piece of software from "Herman Street," it didn't work so I wanted to get a refund. Good luck! I sent them three emails to which they never responded. Furthermore, when I called no one answered the phone. I finally had to get my money back via my credit card company. They had the opportunity to get back to VISA but they never did that either. Don't ever by anything from this wretched company.
