If spam is received from an email address hosted at ***** then forward it to the abuse department at ***** cgo cable is part of ***** It was hard for me to find any concrete evidence that is a negative strike against the company other than DNS name because they go by cgocable instead of Cogeco. CGO stands for Cogeco which means cgocable = Cogeco Cable. It is very possible for sites hosted on domains such as ***** as Cogeco does not check the sites. However they will disconnect you if they detect that spam is coming from your computer through their internet connection. Again, any abuse, be it via a Cogeco email address or site hosted on Cogeco, it can be reported here: ***** I am only rating this good as there is no "safe but abused" option.
