Our small circle of friends have been using this service for the past year or two (probably slightly less than a hundred shipments back from the USA, in total). NO problems whatsoever. Recommended, especially if you don't have friends or family travelling back from the USA and willing to be a mule for your online shopping sprees!

I have had no problems with this company so far. They have delivered everything on time and at a great price to my overseas address. I have used them for 5 months and they have been great. In saying that, I have not had to contact them for any reason, so I can not comment on customer service.

After understanding this site was partially owned by PAYPAL, i thought the new site would also be equally reliable and efficient. I couldn't have gone any more wrong, had the worst customer service experience. Firstly, the website gives visitors the impression they are based in the US, when in reality all they have is a warehouse in USA and the operations and customer service team are primarily based in Singapore. Their staff have been extremely unfriendly and unwilling to help. Buyers beware of this site as they will not do much to help you when you have a problem.
