hoster.amは安全ですか？

I am not at all certain where the negative rating has come from regarding Hoster.AM, a domain name registrar (perhaps because there are less than honorable sites using the AM domain suffix and some assume this is one of those sites?), but can emphatically state from my own personal experience over the past three years that their telephone customer support have been consistently courteous, competent, friendly amd very helpful on the four or five occasions over the years when I needed to accomplish a task on my own domains. Their prices are quite reasonable in relation to other domain name registrars out there and their site is laid out very well and I can usually handle quarterly changes to my domains on my own with the help/FAQs made available to me, needign to contact them by phone usually on renewal time, not out of neceessity but rather to assure that changes and updates if any I have made are correct.
