Scam, I use to host my site with them but these guys got me within 6 month upgrading to all sorts of servers from cloud, cloud upgrade, VPS, VPS upgrades to Dedicated that never worked properly. I was spending my time repairing issue on the site than anything else. They got me paying things that I found out that all other hosting companies gives for free such as the one click install to Softacolus or any other open source services. They said I had a dedicated and when doing a DNS check, reports gives me that I was on cloud hosting for $500 a month. They take advantage when customers do not know to much on servers. Support is the worst, I moved to PFPWebHosting & never had an issue. I advise anyone to keep away, huge spammer and fraudsters company such as this HFW!!

They USED to be a good company. They must have sold out to Darth Vadar, INC. At this time, their service is simply horrible. And like so many other companies, they will continue to try to exhort money from you with passive aggression after telling them that you don't want their service any more.
