This company has turned into one big scam. They create the problems on your website then contact you and hold your site ransom until you pay them! Support are a joke, they ignore my requests and instead put all of their efforts into upselling anything and everything they can. I have caught them lying, found at least 2 instances where things were added onto bills which I never ordered or even asked for, and to top it all off, one of my sites I can’t even use because it’s blocking my IP address and they just say ‘Sorry we aren’t sure what it is, but if you upgrade to this package....” I’m pretty sure they’re paying for fake reviews too. Do your own research! Google HOST PAPA SCAM they are lying and scamming 1000’s of us!
