Support replys normally after five minutes. Bought a 768MB RAM VPS for 10$ per year. Very cheap prices!

It should be noted that the negative commenter has never left a good review for anybody. Just look at his profile.

If you look up reviews for this site, they're all mostly favorable. One thing many comments (and reviews as well) have in common is that they all say that the guy running it is very attentive and responds quickly. If you have any issues, just shoot him an email and he'll take care of it. I'm not sure what the other guy here on WOT was talking about, but I think he's overreacting and I don't think he even tried to fix the issue by contacting them.
