Пользовался принтерами много лет, и струйными и лазерными. С каждым годом продукция все менее удобна для пользователя. Очень плохая техническая поддержка: на сайте ничего не найти, ни ПО, ни советов , вообще ничего. Пересел на продукцию японцев: все ок!!! сижу на тестовых картриджах уже почти год, до сих пор чернила не израсходованы.

My scoring and comments only apply to the consumer printer division of HP. I have ordered printers on-line from HP twice - HP offered the best price of any site, shipped for free (and quickly). I have downloaded drivers for many different HP printers several times. I have not any problems with my orders, the drivers, or my information being shared (that I can tell). HP does occasionally send promotional email but it is not frequent enough to be annoying.
I also have experience with HP's enterprise class server and storage line. My experience there has not been as favorable.

HP makes some very unreliable computers. The latest G6 has many keyboard problems. When I play games and write documents, over 10 annoyances are expected. With 6GB of RAM and AMD processor, it is too overpowered to be a everyday computer.
