The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) is not a humane society, it is not government agency, and it does it represent humane societies in the United States or anywhere else in the world. They fraudulently generate revenue under the guise of supporting animal welfare. They have stated there is "pet overpopulation," yet every year they import animals from around the world and dump those animals at U.S. shelters. They share privacy by selling their mailing lists. They lie about the care of animals and support the end of domestic animals. Their lies are disruptive to children who often care about animals.

The Humane Society Is A GREAT Web Site! Some Web Animal-Rights Web Sites Like Peta Have Areas That Children (SHOULDN'T) See. I Still 100% Support Peta, But I Don't Personally Think Children Should See Some Of The More (Haunting Videos/Images). The Humane Society Is More Kid-Friendly. They Offer Stories, Tips, Games, And Other Info That Both Adults And Children Can Enjoy. The Humane Society Does Have Articles On Animal-Abuse Stories, But They Are Not So Graphic With The Images/Videos; Because It Is A Web Site Designed For (ALL) People. If Your Looking To Teach Your Children About Animals; The HSUS.ORG Is A Great Option. I Personally Think (EVERYONE) Should Support Animal-Rights And The Humane Society Will Help You Find Ways Of Doing That. You Don't Have To Be A So-Called "Fanatic" To Care About Animals. You Are Probably Already Supporting Animal-Rights And You Might Not Even Know It.
