To call them "THIEVES" is putting it mildly! DO NOT under any circumstances purchase or deal with this company and their affiliated sites. They obviously think people are stupid enough to put up with their unethical work practices. What has been stated by others in relation to financial deception and fraudulent activity, is true and correct. My bank is currently in the process of retrieving unauthorized withdrawals from my account. Avoid like the PLAGUE!!! *****

Do not purchase any products from this site. They advertise their products as a “Risk free Trial” but in reality you are purchasing a subscription. They will charge your credit card with a large price on a monthly basis. Extremely difficult to cancel the subscription sometimes results in the victim cancelling their credit card. Very unethical business practices. Even though they sometimes mention the subscription in the “fine print” they are hoping you don't notice it (unfortunately many don't) and purchase the products. The site is designed to trick people into purchasing a “risk free trial” that is NOT RISK FREE!! Numerous complaints about such scams on the net . . . Also noticed they have a fake Verisign secured page, and they collect you credit card details on that page.

Ordererd product and returned well within trial period via USPS with confirmed delivery, followed merchant's rules regarding returns. Despite two certified letters with proof of return authorization and timely delivery the company continues to churn out overdue notices. Claims that prior notices by them were not answered - there were no prior notices. I did respond immediately to the first letter. One letter is dated 7 Dec and on 27 Dec they have the nerve to claim, it had been 30 days since their last letter. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, case is still open. The company failed to respond to my certified letters. They tried to charge the card I used when I ordered. Luckily for me, I had used a gift card which has no funds left on it. At least they could not cause financial harm that way. I consider the company unethical.

Company offers product trials with little time to return items for the promised refund. Company will not provide physical address for returning items, limiting the customer to postal service returns only. Company charged our credit card, for two consecutive months after returning unwanted items. Company rep required proof of return info from customer on the phone, when contacted for credit for credit card charges that should not have been made. After proof was provided, company rep. then confirmed that the information provided was what they also had on file. We do not believe this is an honest company, and advise caution when dealing with them.
