This is heartbreaking!!! I'm just blown away! How is it possible that an organization that you turned to for help, defrauded you most brazenly and unceremoniously for a second time? These are a gang of criminals who constantly blackmail you for money. At the same time, they do not investigate and do absolutely nothing. Don't trust them for anything in the world, they will only make your situation worse.

This is one of the places to go in order to report high-tech crime.
**EDIT** the site has some minor phsyical design errors when filling out forms. Spacing is compressed and some punctionation becomes garbled. Sloppy!
