Customer service here is non-existent. I called to make an adjustment to a payment arrangement I had made and the representative told me the only person who could make that adjustment would not be in until the afternoon. I asked if I could leave a message for him to call me back and they told me it wasn't possible. After the transaction cleared and buried me in OD fees, I called back to cancel my arrangements. The rep had told me he had a voicemail and that wouldn't have been a problem. Just another collection agency dying to get your Account #s, be careful!

I am a client (customer) of this debt collection agency. I've found them to be completely reliable and their website is VERY (almost unreasonably) secure. It is likely that people giving poor ratings are those on the receiving side of a debt collection attempt.
