igogo.esは安全ですか？

I currently live a bad experience with igogo.es : I placed an order for 2X Chuwi Hi12 (orders IS1611280201589615 and IS1611280152572337) on November 28, 2016. Now it is January 31, 2017. So more than 2 months have passed and the item has not been shipped yet ! They claimed that the item is out of stock. After a short web search I found out that Banggood now has it in stock. Links are not allowed but everyone can verify it. And so has TinyDeal, Gearbest, Geekbuying and more .... So how is it possible that everybody has it in stock except for igogo.es ? In the meantime igogo.es keeps my money (that is more than 400 USD) for more than 2 months, as I have paid instantly. So what is going on ? How is it possible that other e-shops already have it in stock and igogo.es doesn’t ? Is this some kind of fraud ? Is this the known trick: to publish low prices of goods, take orders and customers' money, keep the money in the bank saying excuses to customers that "items are temporarily out of stock" and finally give them "store points" ? Obviously, this is very bad for the reputation of igogo.es, and indicates a specific e-shop policy, that of course does not favor the interests of customers. If they don't offer a satisfactory solution soon I will open a case with Paypal, to claim my money back In future buys I will surely ditch them and go for Banggood, TinyDeal and the like.

They are presenting prices in Euro but whey do not accept payments in Euro, finally they present you a bill in USD dollars according to their own, FRAUD exchange rate. I tried to buy a smartphone for ***** euro. They asked me to pay 135 USD dollars since their exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.88 USD while official Central European bank exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.96 USD When trying to use some coupon the original price is increased by 50-60% and the coupon is applied to this price so with the coupon it becomes much expensive than without it. Conclusion: Be aware from these fraud site. Do not let them cheat you and do not wast your time as I wasted.

It's supposed to sell cheaper tech items from china, with warehouse in Spain, yet there are many compaints about it on the web. User saying they didn't receive the item they bought, that it took lots of time to get the item, etc... if you have to buy something, maybe choose another site.

The site isn't trustworthy. It misleads costumers to buy fairly priced technology and others affairs, may ask for more money and possibly not send you anything or it will take weeks, even months. I buyed a smartphone which i don't have and don't believe to get. Very poor costumer support: they don't answer your questions.

Ofertan productos que luego realmente no tiene descuento alguno. Cuando adquieres el producto a los 4 días, y solo si preguntas, te dice que no tiene stock y te piden que des tú la solución, no ellos. En mi caso compre un móvil con envió rápido de 3 días, el cual a los 4 días me dijeron no tener en stock, pero seguían vendiendo en la web. Luego de cruzar casi una decena de e-mail que tardan en 1-5 días en responder y hasta ofrecer cambiar el producto por otros 7 similares de diferentes modelos que tenían en venta, pero “extrañamente” nunca tenían en stock. Solo me ofertaban un modelo inferior de menor precio pero por lo mismo que pague. Por ultimo al tardar 5 días en obtener una respuesta y ante el miedo que sea una estafa. No tuveo otra opción que para recuperar mi dinero poner una reclamación en PayPal. I only ofertaban lower lower priced model but at the same pay. Finally to take five days to get a response to fear and to be a scam. Tuveo No choice but to get my money to put a claim on PayPal. Payment method I recommend.
