Simple site for making annual payments to Incorp, who provides us with incorporation services.

I used them to register an LLC after comparing multiple services for Delaware LLCs and I haven't had any issues as a current customer. Their support has been quick and friendly. I can't speak to what it's like trying to leave but I think the highly negative rating they have at the moment seems a little harsh.

The site itself is fine, and the company is legitimate. I cannot speak to poor billing practices, but I have no reason to believe they are any better or worse than any other subscription-based service company.

I have used Incorp Services for many years as a registered agent for my LLC. Good service and a good price. Never had any problems. It is a website for business owners looking to form an LLC or corporation and for registered agent service.

Looks like a disgruntled customer left the poor rating. I am a new customer and so far so good.

It's a business services website. No idea where the bad rating is coming from. I've used them for over 5 years.

They are not trustworthy. They will continue to bill you even if your entity doesn't exist. They will bill you without notifying you or seeking your approval. Even if you tell them to cancel your services, they'll refuse to do that without some payment which they will then try to "negotiate". Scammers. They have business practices that amount to thievery in my opinion. I'd never ever trust them or use them again!!
