spammers/identity harvesters paying affiliates for sales of their supplement - no matter how they get the sale. this monetizes and rewards illegal spamming behavior.
they also try and use a "negative option" system by which they will charge and charge a customer's credit card - unless and until the customer can somehow get them to stop.
ethically, morally bereft. utah.
Their "free" sample is the classic bait and switch. It's NOT free you have to pay to get it! They take your name and address over the phone BEFORE they divulge that fact.
Site seems to have bad reviews on Amazon - more 1 stars given than 5 stars. These sites with negative options (we ship until you cancel) seem to mostly be sites with large ethical issues. Other review sites don't have good reviews for this site.

No problems with the site. I wouldn't call it a scam if they divulge the information, even if it's at the bottom. You have to read everything before you order. Do you sign on the dotted line before you read the contract??
Deceptive marketing: Watch out for 'free' trial.
The following information is provided in an obscure link at the bottom of the 'sample' offer page where almost nobody will scroll down to notice it:
'Unless you cancel before the end of your trial period as specified above (within 18 days after placing your order), you will automatically be enrolled in our Auto-Ship program. We will ship your first 30-day supply of Instaflex at the end of your trial period, and you will be charged $74.98 plus any applicable tax. Thereafter, you will continue to receive a fresh 30-day supply of Instaflex about every 30 days for as long as you stay a member of our auto-ship program. The card you provided when you ordered the trial product will be automatically charged $74.98 (plus tax if applicable) when each new product ships. To cancel future shipments in the auto-ship program, you must call ***** at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly delivery ships.'
A more prominent disclosure, still in small print, is provided on a 'Pay For Shipping' page only after the site obtains personal and medical information about the site user.
For a number of reasons I had to cancel an order for instaflex. In fact, I had been charged for an order that I had not received. The companies customer support was excellent. My order was canceled and I am reassured that returning the product that has been sent, I will get a credit on my credit card. Since I am the first to review this site, I will return if for some reason problems occur.
