This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. Vendor asks for email before providing product pricing information. Then after email is entered, a registration/payment method form is presented and the vendor has yet to provide any pricing information. I still don't know what the product costs and certainly will not enter any personal info. without it.
