This company purchased the manufacturers of the vBulletin forum software and put the price to clients through the roof while managing to alienate and lose most or all of the original developers. They also bought the once-independent Wikitravel and so thoroughly destroyed it (buggy servers, excessive advertising, censorship and outdated software among many ongoing issues) that users have been steadily leaving for Wikivoyage for several years now (German in 2006, Italian in 2007, at least five others in 2012). They then attempt to distract attention from the damage they've done through a long pattern of frivolous and vexatious litigation. They sued the developers of vBulletin. They sued volunteers of the Wikimedia Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit charity, then dropped the spurious litigation after sticking the charity with enormous legal bills to engage top counsel to respond to claims which they knew to be without merit and withdrew only to avoid a judgement for costs on trial. Anything this company has acquired, they have systematically destroyed.
