Seems like I am the only person needing support and every time I need their support it is offline. The website on the other hand claims to have support 24/7 which I am yet to experience!
I do however like the support write ups other customers seem to be giving, just makes you think that it was a little staged.
I would advise customers just to test this and not take my word for it!
Since I've started dealings with Intertel, their service levels have been exemplary. When a solution needed to be provided for my application, their MD got involved and led from the front with his experience and input and providing the solution for my specific needs.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
If you ever need advice about a problem you'd be silly not to contact intertel.co.za. They have a live support thing on the site and they gave me excellent advice about what I can do about harassing calls that I'm getting. While I was on the live support I asked if they can check who a number belongs to and the lady that was helping me asked what the number is and she checked it right there and then. You know she never asked one cent and I must have been on that conversation for 30 minutes or more. I don't really need a private investigator for anything now, but if you need some investigations or advice about what to do you should contact them.
Talk about breaking the mold. These guys are nothing like the stereotypical private eyes, they're professionals and they take pride in what they do. I'm very impressed and grateful for the excellent service.
Everyone that's done business with intertel knows that knows they're solid and trustworthy. Don't know how this rating system works, but it is incorrect to say they don't have a rep when the've been in business for 20yrs
I havent yet bought but I am very impressed with their customer support and all the other research i've done on the internet says nothing but good things. I won't deal with overseas companies any more so intertel look to be the best south africa has to offer.
I thought I would update everyone. I've been on and off the intertel site for a long time trying to decide which product to get and I finally got it yesterday (they must have been getting tired of me, but their support guys never let me feel like it). I am tickled pink. No regrets whatsoever and their support has been tremendous (if thats even a word?). I'll recommend this site and their services to anyone I know. They get stuff done, when they say and how they say. Good people to know.
I'm a very happy customer of theirs and I'm often on their site. They have a live chat service for clients and they've always been helpful and professional so thumbs up from me. I've bought products from them a few times and i go back to get more when I need to.
www.intertel.co.za is "my" company's primary website, and I'm oddly saddened to see our site labelled "...does not yet have a reputation". We've managed to built and maintain a real-world reputation of trust and integrity over the past two decades, and its apparent that we've neglected our online presence. I'll certainly be paying more attention to this in future and would appreciate any suggestions to help a genuine reputable site not look quite so uncertain online.
Contrary to the stereotype, these are investigators with integrity. My matter was dealt with discreetly and with sensitivity. I have had negative experiences with other companies before, and I was relieved when Intertel did not ask me for money up-front. I'll gladly recommend them to anyone who has a difficult situation or decision in front of them. I'm shocked that my WOT toolbar had no ratings for them. COme on other Intertel clients - get with the program and support WOT!!
