inx-gaming.comは安全ですか？

Rented a server from them straight away there was problems bad lag spikes, so i submited support ticket there anwser was its your addons... remove them and it will fix. So i ddi just that still had problems, i read around there forums and found out that this was happening to loads of people and that it fell in to a specific ip range and my server was in that, and this problem had been going on for quiet a while. I cant believe that they knew that the ip range had problems and that they were still selling them to customers. I asked for an ip change or refund and they just completly blanked me and closed every ticket i started repling that it was not there problem and that i should not install addons. This server was for a game called "Garrys Mod" a game built around addons. I would advise anyone looking for a server to stay well clear of this company.
