Not sure whether different sets of customer service representatives are chosen to provide service for separate Cupid Media sites, but the particular customer service I received (or lack thereof) from this particular site was atrocious. If there is a discrepancy with your account (or whatever), don't expect prompt, efficient service. If you get any service, response, or feedback at all (which I never did). All I can say is good luck. Hope anyone thinking about becoming a member of this particular Cupid Media site has a much better experience than I had; and I'm only speaking as far as contacting customer service is concerned.
