Incompetent technicians and shady business practices. Don't take your vehicle there. I've seen them ruin so many vehicles it's sickening. They charged my wife for a synthetic oil change instead of regular and they refused to refund her the money. Their technicians are completely under trained. I've seen people drive their vehicles home and find that they didn't tighten/over tighten their oil fitting and they lost all of their oil. I've seen them screw up so many other things. Ask any good mechanic and they will tell you NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO JIFFY LUBE!!!

Bait 'n switch....discount coupons for oil changes? not really, they offset the coupon by charging more per quart of oil, not to mention sell you more quarts than your car can take. Poor business practices.
