jomashop.comは安全ですか？

I subscribed to the site a while back. After getting a few of their newsletter decided to unsubscribe. At the bottom of the email there's a link for unsubscribing but when I click on it, it takes me to a page that doesn't have any options for unsubscribing. A very underhanded tactic to keep people in their email list, and as bad as spamming.

A REPUTATION OF SELLING DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE AND THEN NOT HONORING THE WARRANTY. (I.E. THEY SELL YOU A BROKEN WATCH AND YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT)unless you live in their state and can get a lawyer to work for cheap, otherwise his fees not to mention your travel expenses will end up costing a lot more than the broken watch you just bought. AND THEY KNOW THIS!!!! YOU MAY BELIEVE ME, BECAUSE I AM ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS. THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK

be very careful if you buy a watch from these people. they sold me a watch that when it arrived had condensation inside the glass and the hands did not move. they told me the first time i sent it back that they would not refund the money because i wore it. (which i did, curious to see how it looked on me) we agreed that they would replace it instead, but they obviously changed their mind and sent it back to me (again)saying it was must that i must went swimming with ***** keep in mind its WINTER!!! and i am no diver but ever if i was the watch says that is water resistant up to 30 meters (100ft) finally i ask them if they could at least fix it under the warranty and they assure me they can. so, i send it back to them,yet again, and they promptly send BACK to again saying that the warranty is void because i did not contact them in time, which i clearly did and can prove. i angrily told them i would take them to court, and they said go right ahead. the bad thing is (and they know this) not only do we live several states apart but also the lawyer would cost me more than the watch.
