The fact that people use this website as a scam is not jotforms fault, people who mark it as a scam should not be naming jotform as a bad website, blame the scammers who misuse the site instead. People can use the site to create forms, and -as with Google Docs- unfortunately some people abuse this service, like for the spam I received.
