I am dropping the rating one notch because no matter how great the content is there are at least 2 big problems with the site that show poor professionalism:
The font color in many places is almost unreadable.
Their contact form is flat-out broken.

every time i visit the nasa website, i always get sucked in by updates on their activities and all of these new amazing technologies! one of my favorite is the "replicator" xD --- although i'm a Canadian and not an american, it always pleases me to see the continued progress!
