kazumedia.comは安全ですか？

If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. In case of kazumedia, the site's ToS state under the billing section: "By starting your Japalta Consulting LTD membership, you are expressly agreeing that we are authorized to charge you a monthly membership fee at the then current rate [...]" This means that, as per their ToS, the user upon registration automatically agrees to be billed an undisclosed amount by the letterbox company in question (Japalta Consulting LTD - Company # HE340162 - 13 Odyssea Androutsou, Nicosia 2413, Makedonitissa, Cyprus). Cyprus is an ill-renowned offshore "paradise" and one of the prime locations for letterbox companies and similar firms involved in semi-legal activities. Due to the above and the numerous negative reviews online, I abstained from creating an account on kazumedia.com as should everyone who doesn't want their credit card(s) and related private information compromised (their privacy policy is laughable, and I do not believe for a second they won't resell the myriad pieces of information collected.)

Obviously fraudulent site. Did not contain the advertised content (US college sports) I thougt I was subscribing to. They didn´t keeep the promise that it was a free trial (charged my credit card despite promising not to do so). Once registered it was impossible to cancel the subscription. Had to cancel my credit card in order to get out. Stay away!

Said they would not charge credit card and then did right away. I called them to close the account and they told me it was closed but did not send a confirmation email although they said they would. One month later they charged my credit card $49.95 and the charge was not identified as from Kazu Media. One month later they again charged my credit card for a one month subscription and this time it was identified as from KAZUMEDIA.COM

This site attracts new customers through "free accounts", then it turns out to be a "five day trial with automatic $49.95 monthly renewal". When you try to cancel your account the procedures that they propose fail and you don't get an email confirmation of cancellation. I don't know yet if they will try to abusively charge my credit card, but this is very suspect. I will report further. And by the way the movies catalog they propose is poor, and of bad quality. BEWARE !
