keepvid.comは安全ですか？

Great website. It seems a tad bit suspicious though because they could slip in malicious things at any time, or have secret cookies that mine your information. Something just seems awfully suspicious about it, but if you need to download videos, this is the least suspicious website to do such.

To those saying "Hey! Ads redirect me to suspicious websites!", every website has that. They can not do anything about it. This website is fine, it lets you download videos. But, only use them for personal use, otherwise you may get a copyright strike.

While this site itself is not distributing malicious software, it does have several misleading and malicious ads. One in particular is above the main content. A user could easily end up clicking the link thinking they're downloading their video and end up with malware on their computer. Whatever you do, don't download anything that claims to be a media player. This is a scan I ran on the "media player" that the download links provide. Here's a rundown.  *****

The conversion of online videos may be ok, but in small letters on a large advert encouraging you to "download" or "play now" the link is an ilivid. In my experience this is dangerous malware.The iLivid Virus hijacks your Internet web browser and redirects your Internet searches to ilivid.com.

It is generally a good site but: It is better to do things with a program rather than over the net. There is no privacy policy. That alone got it knocked down to yellow.

OK site in itself but contains dangerous ad links to malware and virus sites!!! For an example it has links to ***** - Maybe this is not intentional but any site that links to badware is a site that I don't trust as it is their responsibility to their userbase to pick safe ad partners. Use with CAUTION (with ad blocking software installed) if you must use this site. However, remember there are many other tools/sites that provide the same services this site provides without all the bad ad links.
