A rather pointless, suspiciously vague site that hosts a few pictures and a link. This site is NOT Kinguin.net, however, which is a gray market retailer for Steam product keys.
Nothing particularly unsafe about this site. It's just pointless.

Kinguin is an unauthorized reseller of "grey market" keys for popular digital distributing platforms. Valve and EA take the stance that users should not buy from these sources, and they regularly disable keys and/or ban accounts that have been purchased through these channels.
It should also be noted that that its parent company owns G2PLAY.NET which is a known source which literally has sold stolen cdkeys in bulk in the past. This claim can be verified by a quick google search which will show game developers who have uncovered evidence which proves that they have sold stolen keys in the past.
