A 'Security' company from the United States should at the very least follow the email CAN-SPAM rules, let alone the do not solicit phone rules. They send unsolicited spam emails with no unsubscribe links, and leave countless calls despite being told we do do not do business with cold-callers, and have blacklisted them from any future business. Yet the spam filters show they are hitting anyone they can reach at our company, which also shows me they are likely using email lists ultimatley sourced from dark-web sites, as some of those addresses were only exposed when a partner of ours was compromised.
